These balloons are made from thick quality foil. They can be strung along and hung as a banner, or taped to the wall. It is not recommended to use Helium, since the foil is thick (For better quality reasons) the balloons may not float. It is however do-able, just not recommended. Comes in Chrome Silver.

Each pack comes with 13 Silver letters spelling out "Happy Birthday". A small straw to help inflate the balloons and a string in the event that you'd like to string them together.
